The new residence complex “Palau Green Village” has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture. Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, which are composed by plants typical of the Mediterranean wood and the granite wind-shaped rocks of Gallura. Small pedestrian paths surrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the swimming-pool. The residence has an exclusive location, just 1 kilometer away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip away from Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashioned “Costa Smeralda”. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is surrounded by thick pinewoods, the ideal place for picnics and long walks.

Minimum stay 7 days. Arrival Saturday or Tuesday Additional Costs; Final Cleaning:EUR 50. Guests are in charge of cleaning the kitchenette, otherwise a EUR 50 surcharge will be applied. DEPOSIT: EUR 150 refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the apartment conditions. In case of departure outside of office hours the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guest’s home address. From 22:00. to 6:00 there is a 20% surcharge. EUR 6 surcharge from Golfo Aranci harbour. Prices are intended as single fares. Pets are not allowed on the beach and in common areas.
